Trackcore provides an online platform for live and recorded webinars focused on music theory education. Services include but are not limited to live broadcast sessions, interactive communication tools, downloadable materials, and access to archived educational content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@trackcore.sbs if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the platform, we may use such feedback without any obligation to you, including any obligation of confidentiality or compensation.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Fees
Certain services on the platform may be offered for a fee. All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount using a valid payment method.
7.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy. In general, fees paid for access to live sessions or digital content may be non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
